Raat Ka Badshah

The item itself was great! But the shipping and responsiveness of the company was not good. I ordered on Oct 12, and since I needed the item for Oct 18, I paid extra for expedited shipping. I got an email with a tracking number on Oct 13, BUT the item was not ACTUALLY picked up until Oct 17 after I send a few emails to ask why it hadn't been picked up. I finally got a short email response telling me it was shipped out on Oct 13, but obviously from the tracking number it was only sent on Oct 17. I requested that at least the extra I paid for expedited shipping be refunded, but I haven't gotten any reply whatsoever.
